InnReg is a global regulatory compliance and operations consulting team serving financial services companies since 2013. We are especially effective at launching and scaling fintechs with innovative compliance strategies and delivering cost-effective managed services, assisted by proprietary regtech solutions. We are now on the verge of launching a B2B SaaS product that leverages AI to transform compliance. Our team is fully remote, comprising over 30 professionals from around the world.
Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Growth/Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role involves a wide range of B2B marketing activities, including copywriting, marketing automations, analytics, SEO, content creation, social media management, and email marketing. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and be ready to contribute to both our consulting services and our new SaaS product.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
Create compelling copy for various marketing materials.
Implement and manage marketing automation tools.
Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights.
Optimize website content for SEO.
Produce and manage content for social media and blog.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support both consulting services and SaaS product launch.
Qualifications
Proven experience in growth/marketing, preferably at a senior analyst or coordinator level.
Strong skills in copywriting, content creation, and digital marketing.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
Solid understanding of SEO best practices.
Experience with social media management and email marketing.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation
Salary will depend on experience.
Initial hire will be on an hourly basis (paid in USD), with the potential to transition to a fixed price contract.
